🔽 How does IES help individuals with disabilities find employment?
We work one-on-one with individuals to understand their strengths, interests, and goals. Our job developers assist with career exploration, building resumes, submitting applications, and preparing for interviews. Once placed, we provide on-the-job coaching to ensure long-term success.
🔽 What makes your transportation service different?
Our Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) services are built specifically for individuals with disabilities. We offer clean, comfortable, and wheelchair-accessible rides to workplaces, programs, and appointments—with a focus on punctuality, safety, and dignity.
🔽 What is HPC and how does it support independent living?
Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) services help individuals live independently in their homes or shared spaces. We assist with daily activities like meal prep, hygiene, medication reminders, and community engagement. Every care plan is tailored to the person’s needs.
🔽 Do you offer services for young adults with disabilities?
Yes! Our Summer Youth Work Experience program is designed for students ages 14–22. It includes classroom training and paid, real-world work experiences to help build confidence, skills, and job readiness.
